Tom and his crew were nothing short of amazing. As a first time home buyer, initially I was apprehensive. However, I felt very little to no stress throughout my home buying process. The process of getting approved was so smooth. I've heard horror stories. So glad I didn't encounter those issues. I would definitely refer Tom to anyone looking.

Tom fortune and his team was in perfect sync with us the whole time whenever a document was needed or paperwork needed a signature, we was contacted right away to make sure that everything was turned in on time which I can only imagine the difficulty of their line of work but to close on three properties at one time Tom and his team knock it out the park great job guys.

Tom got us a great rate and closed on time. Kept us well informed during the process. No problems throughtout and would use him again. Also closong costs were very reasonable.
